Early in the morning I laminated an other lamella for the front bow. This should be early enough, so I can laminate an other one in the evening.
Cut from 2mm SS (V2A) pieces for the bow to frame connectors. Went over to a friend to bend the sheet metal on a bending machine. Front bow with a 60° angle, while the rear bow will be installed in a 70° angle from the horizontal.
In the evening I welded (TIG/WIG) the pieces togehter. The welding rod was specially chosen for the material. Before I got started with the real pieces I did some trials to set up the welding machine and to get used to the material.
Last but not least, an other lamella was bonded in place.
